In this Yoga Immersion, you have the opportunity to pick and choose workshops, modules, and classes from both the 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings for a total of 108 hours. You will also have contact with Angela off the mat for the duration of your immersion to discuss your progress and practice.
Throughout the 108 hours of Instruction with Angela, you will be immersed in yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, and introduced to all of the practices that make up the eight-limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga. You will also learn about pose alignment, use of props, and assists that will help you to better understand and work with our body in our asana practice. You will have to opportunity to learn Basic Anatomy with Lauren Zummo of Prana Pilates and Yoga.
