Each session will:
Release tightness, tension and anxiety with a blissful yoga workshop designed to open your hips, increase your mobility, create space, and de-stress your lower back.
Your hips are the foundation of your anatomy. If the hips aren’t stable, nothing above it or below it will be either.
Opening the hips is beneficial because it removes stiffness and creates softness which makes for a lighter and more flexible body.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that uses props like bolsters and blankets to support the body in relaxing poses. Designed to release tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation, this practice helps restore balance to the nervous system. Perfect for all levels, restorative yoga encourages mindfulness and healing, making it an excellent choice for relaxation and self-care.

Considerable time is spent sitting at a desk or working at a computer so it isn't unusual for our necks, shoulders and back to feel stiff and achy. Wavelike spinal movements are introduced to increase circulation, energy flow and nutrients to the cells, spinal disks which then aid in the proper functioning of the lymphatic system. The improved spine becomes strong and flexible. This master yoga class brings vitality to the spine by using wave-like movements which occur naturally when we breathe or move correctly.
Along with traditional restorative postures the class is sure to leave you reenergized and rejuvenated. Yajamahe Yoga and Angela invite participants to explore the connection between breath and movement, enhancing both physical and mental well-being. The class will focus on gentle yet effective techniques that release tension and promote relaxation.
In a serene environment, you will engage in restorative poses that support the spine while incorporating wavelike motions to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow. This holistic approach not only strengthens and increases flexibility in the spine but also cultivates a deeper awareness of the body.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session promises to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated, ready to take on the rest of your week with renewed energy and clarity.
